We have tempered the Scotch Bonnet peppers in our Traditional HOT & SPICY Jerk formula to allow for a gentle spicy kiss while maintaining the true Jamaican Jerk Seasoning taste.
Ingredients: scallions, scotch bonnet peppers, black pepper, salt, onion, all spice, nutmeg, cane sugar, citric acid, thyme leaves.
Has all the flavour of our traditional Jerk Seasoning and has been refined with the addition of tomatoes and molasses to add depth and sweetness to balance the heat. This sauce can be used as a marinade for seasoning, as a cooking sauce for stews and casseroles or as a table sauce to add that moreish kick.
